Claire Daly

Partner

Claire is a highly experienced corporate lawyer with over 18 years in practice across Northern Ireland, England and Australia.

A graduate of Queen’s University Belfast, Claire began her career in general practice in Manchester before returning home to Northern Ireland, where she established and led a new branch office in Omagh for a leading local firm.

Claire then moved to Melbourne to join a national Australian firm. During her time there, she was honoured with the Erin Brockovich Award, presented by Erin Brockovich herself (portrayed by Julia Roberts in the Academy Award-winning film).

The award recognised her “Erin-style” impact - combining strong advocacy, innovation and a determined, client-focused approach to complex legal challenges.

On returning to Northern Ireland, Claire spent the past decade specialising in corporate law, including serving as a Partner in a law firm supporting a leading Northern Ireland accountancy firm with the corporate legal requirements of its client base.

Working closely alongside audit, accounts and tax teams, she advised business owners and established companies on complex corporate matters, transactions and strategic growth strategies.

Caoimhe McCormick (Lowe)

Partner

Caoimhe is a commercially minded lawyer with extensive experience advising businesses across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

Having grown up in a family business, she has first-hand insight into the opportunities, pressures and risks that business owners face, as well as the importance of practical, trusted advice when making key decisions.

A First Class Honors Law degree and awarded Highest Achieving Law Graduate in 2015, Caoimhe complemented her legal studies with an MSc in Management and Corporate Governance. This experience gave her a strong understanding of how businesses operate in practice and the commercial realities business owners face every day.

She then graduated with Distinction from the Institute of Professional Legal Studies before beginning her legal career with one of Northern Ireland’s leading commercial law firms in Belfast.

After gaining valuable experience in private practice, Caoimhe returned closer to home to Mid Ulster to work in-house as a Director within one of the UK’s fastest-growing accountancy practices.

Working closely alongside tax, accounts and audit teams, she developed a practical, commercially focused approach to legal advice - helping clients navigate not only the legal aspects of transactions and corporate matters, but also the wider financial, tax and strategic considerations involved.

Caoimhe has supported business owners and established companies through growth, restructuring and complex transactions, always with a focus on delivering clear, pragmatic advice that works in the real world.

She now brings that same commercially driven and collaborative approach to clients and professional advisors at Daly McCormick.
